Do I need to enter a D-U-N-S number when I register?

No, this is an optional field. You are only required to complete the fields marked with an asterisk (*).

D-U-N-S is a registered trademark of Dun & Bradstreet or its subsidiaries in the United States and other countries.

If you enter a D-U-N-S number and you get a message that the value is already in use, leave the field blank, as D-U-N-S numbers must be unique within the Ariba Commerce Cloud. Your company can have multiple Ariba accounts, but only one account can use the D-U-N-S number.
